B.Tech Online Counselling Schedule 2014-15 for Uttarakhand has been announced officially. So all those candidates who are willing to participate in on-line counselling for uttarakhand technical university – UTU can get all details about counselling below.

Counselling for B.Tech or engineering are starting from 10th of july 2014. this counselling is being conducted or following colleges :

1. All colleges affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University – UTU.
2. All private engineering colleges.
3. All colleges getting aid from university.
4. All constituent colleges of UTU .
5. THDC engineering college.
6. Seemant Institute of Technology, SIT.
7. Institute of Technology, gopeshwer.
8. Pantnagar University – B.Tech and Bio Technology program.

The base of the counselling will be the score in Joint Entrance Exam – JEE -2014.                                                                         All candidates are advised to stay up to date. And read the rules and guideline properly.If you face any problem regarding counselling then you can call on these numbers any time between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Here is the check-list and guidelines for all students and candidates appearing for counselling :

1. All students can download counselling fee Chalan from www.ukcounselling.nic.in as per the dates mentioned in the schedule above.
2. with this fee Chalan candidate can go to any nearest branch of State Bank of India – SBI and submit a non-refundable fees of Rs. 1060 (for all categories).
3. After submitting fees in SBI , candidate can register at www.ukcounselling.nic.in and fill choices as per choice (as per above mentioned schedule).
4. all information regarding counselling can be downloaded from www.ukcounselling.nic.in .
5. For all phases of counselling candidates must use www.ukcounselling.nic.in for filling choices and registration.
6. After you have been allotted a seat just take out a print-out of it and along with this allotment letter  take all your original certificates , copy of bank Chalan (JEE mains), admit card to the college. with all this you can get your admission in that particular college
7. In case student is unable to present his original certificates and documents or if their is some error in documents then in that case his allotment may be cancelled.
8. All documents related to your category – SC,SC,ST or OBC (other reservations as well) will be done at times of registration at university as well.
9. All colleges below will be giving Tution fee waiver – TFW for financially weak students.
