Uttarakhand Police Department Vacancy details:
Total No. of Posts: 339 
Name of the Post:
1. Sub Inspector Civil Police: 257 Posts
2. Sub Inspector Intelligence: 39 Posts
3. Platoon Commander PAC: 43 Posts

Age Limit: Applicant’s age limit is 21 to 27 years as on 01-07-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from any recognized University and Intermediate for Ex-Serviceman.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs 100/- for other category applicants and Rs 25/- for SC/ ST applicants, fee must be paid through treasury challan.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Standard Test & Written Test.

How to Apply: Eligible and interested candidates may submit their application in prescribed format available in the notification complete in all respect along with examination fee, attested copies of educational certificate/ mark sheet, character certificate, employment office registration certificate etc at the SSP/SP Office (recruitment centre) of any district, must be affix self addressed Rs.5/- 5/- stamps on top of the envelope by Post or Direct on or before 06-03-2014 till 05:00 PM.
